mental health services
At rpya.health, we see barriers that keep queer & trans youth from accessing mental health services such as high out-of-pocket costs, lack of cultural competency, and the politicization of LGBTQ+ healthcare needs.
These barriers need to come down, so we are offering free, tailored care plans, linkage to resources, and the creation of community spaces to help young people to foster positive mental health for themselves and for their communities.
About half of Gen Z does not have a primary care physician.
Mosaic Mobile Health Clinic
Providing comprehensive support for LGBTQ youth in the Inland Empire
rpya.health offers free, culturally-competent therapy to young people in our region. At the Mosaic Mobile Clinic, you can expect on-site mental health and therapy support, including referrals and linkage to resources.
community- building groups
Feeling connected to others is fundamental for a person's positive mental health. As such, rpya.health offers community-building groups for young people (ages 11-17), emerging adults (18-26), and support for the adults in the lives of young LGBTQ+ people.
ages 11-17
Recognizing the lack of support for LGBTQ+ minors, our programs provide an affirming environment for queer and trans youth to socialize, explore interests, and develop a positive self-image. Our online and in-person groups focus on socializing, artistic expression, crafts, and games.
ages 18-26
At 18, we're adults but still developing. Our Young Adult groups foster wellness and self-discovery within a supportive community. Offered online and in-person, our activities unite queer and trans adults.

We are here to help parents & caregivers understand and support the young people in their lives. For more info,

We participate in community organization and lobbying efforts at the local and state level to advance the rights of LGBTQ+ people, including representing queer and trans youth on the State of California’s Advisory Council for the LGBTQ Legislative Caucus.
Moreover, we engage in outreach and education with our community, including workshops and GSA (Gay/Straight Alliance) services for educational institutions.
GSA services
RPYA Youth Outreach Team offers consultation services to advisors, admins, and counselors on founding and supporting Gay-Straight Alliances (GSA) through 30-60 minute Zoom sessions.
We facilitate GSAs remotely or in-person, using activities and educational materials. Specialists assist in creating mission statements and provide lesson plans on queer and trans history.
RPYA also offers customizable flyer templates, material resources, and connections to GLSEN, The GSA Network, and other support organizations in Southern California.
events & outreach
RPYA's Outreach Team collaborates with the community to offer education services and tabling at events.
