Chase Uribe MSW, ASW
Hi! My name is Chase Uribe and I’m a Clinical Therapist and Social Worker. I see people in-person in our office, in-person in parks and nature and telehealth with folks anywhere in CA. I provide therapy to children and youth 7-17, adults of all ages for individual therapy and couples/relationships for counseling/therapy and marital counseling.

My experience includes supporting people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, suicidal ideation/thoughts and trauma. My experience includes supporting people of diverse folks and communities including LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, DACA, Immigrant, Women, People with Cancer, Firefighter Professionals, Law Enforcement Professionals, Human Resources Professionals and other folks and communities.

I work from various modalities/techniques including Person-Centered Theory, Solution-Focused Theory, Strengths-Based and Empowerment, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis Theory and Intervention, Motivational Interviewing and Motivational Enhancement Theory and Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy. I integrate breathing exercises, guided imagery exercises, art and nature into therapy. I integrate religious and spiritual modalities/techniques based of the FICA Assessment and HOPE Assessment into therapy.

My education includes a Master of Social Work from New Mexico State University, Bachelor of Human Resource Management from La Sierra University. My training includes Trauma-Focused CBT, Trauma-Informed Art, LGBTQ-Affirmative CBT and World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) GEI Foundations, Transgender Standards of Care.
